Staging Instructions

Designated pick up and/or drop off  locations going to/from Ronald Reagan and Dulles Airports include all hotels and/or specified facilities off the following exits on the Interstate 95 cooridor:

Exit 126 - All hotels

Exit 130 - All hotels

Exit 133 - All hotels & Mary Washington University (Eagle Village & GW Circle)

Exit 143 - All hotels

Exit 148 - FBI Academy, DEA Academy, MSG School, TBS

Exit 150 - Ramada Inn, Crossroads Inn, OCS, Marine Corps University

Exit 152 - All hotels & Dumfries Training Center

Exit 156 - All hotels

Exit 158 - All hotels

Exit 160 - All hotels

Exit 161 - All hotels

Ronald Reagan & Dulles Airport staging areas and pick up instructions The following are staging areas for passengers to meet southbound shuttles. The shuttle will stop at both Dulles and Ronald Reagan Airports. All passengers must make a reservation to board shuttle unless seating is available.   Please print these instructions and take them with you.  Please call when you have retreived your bags and we will advise you as to the staus of the shuttle. 703-906-6939

Ronald Reagan Airport southbound to hotels/facilities & colleges     Terminal 1 Arrivals:    Please call us when you have your bags. Upon departing terminal 1 via the main doors, count three sidewalks across, with sidewalk #1 being the side walk you step on when exiting the building   Some of our vehicles are unmarked. If this is the case we will advise you of that and provide a description and/or plate number. Since vehicles are not able to wait curbside at any of the airports you must look out for the van and flag it down when you see it. If you have any problems locating the van, please call or text us @ 703-906-6939       Terminals 2 Arrivals:   Please contact us when you have your bags. Upon departing terminal 2 via door number 8  lower level, cross the street to the 2nd sidewalk. When reaching sidewalk across the street from door number 8 plase reach out and we will give you the status of the shuttle.   Some of our vehicles are unmarked. If this is the case we will advise you of that and provide a description and/or plate number. Since vehicles are not able to wait curbside at any of the airports you must look out  for the van and flag it down when you see it.  If you have any problems locating the van/vehicle, please call or text @ 703-906-6939         Dulles Airport southbound to hotels/facilities & colleges     From the baggage claim area locate door number 7 unless otherwise instuced by driver and/or dispatcher. Please proceed up the ramp to the "passenger arrival" level. You may stay inside the glass inclosure. Please call when you are there and we will give you the staus of the shuttle.   Some of our vehicles may be unmarked. Since vehicles are not able to wait curbside at any of the airports you must look out for the van and flag it down when you see it. If you have any problems locating the van, please call us @ 703-906-6939

Shuttles do not automatically stop at the above locations. Reservations must be made minimum day prior for the shuttle to stop at a particular hotel/facility or airport.   Please call or Text between 9:00am - 9:00pm  Monday - Sunday. (703)906-6939
