Scheduled Airport Shuttle Service

 

 

Scheduled shuttle service is available in 3 hour increments

to/from Ronald Reagan National and Dulles Airports and

to/from listed designated locations (see "Staging instructions").

Reservations can be made phone or by using the

Online Appointment Scheduler. 

 

Custom Transports as well as transport to BWI and Richmond

airports can be provided although subject to availability. 

These reservations must be handled

by phone and/or email.

 

Custom Transports are pick and/or drop off at locations 

outside of the shuttles normal route and/or shuttle times.

Route 95 Shuttle - From Fredericksburg thru Woodbridge to Ronald Reagan & Dulles Airports

 

 

Pick up times are approximate. Please stage 15 minutes

prior to scheduled pick up time. Passengers missing their scheduled

shuttle will be placed on the next available shuttle.                      

 

 

 

Designated pick up and drop off  locations include all hotels

and/or facilities off the following Interstate 95 exits:

Dulles & Ronald Reagan Airports

To Ronald Reagan & Dulles Airports: 

 

Shuttle departs for Ronald Reagan Airport then proceeds

to Dulles Airport. Shuttle will only present at times and

locations where a reservation has been made in advance.

Pick up times are approximate. When booking, please

give at least3 hours for Ronald Reagan Airport and 3.5 hours

for Dulles Airport, from the time of pick up and aircraft

departure time. Chop Chop Shuttle is not responsible

for transports without sufficient travel time.

 

 

To Fredericksburg and points south:

 

Shuttle will pick up @ Dulles Airport then proceeds

to Ronald Reagan Airport Shuttle will only present at times

and locations where a reservation has been made in advance.

Pick up times are approximate. Appointment times reflect

 the first pick up location, Dulles Airport. Flight status,

weather & road conditions effect pick up times. To enhance

pick up time accuracy, passengers missing their scheduled

shuttle, will be placed on the next scheduled shuttle.


International travelers must factor in at least two hours to clear

customs when booking their shuttle. Domestic travelers

must factor in an additional 45 minutes from projected

flight arrival when booking their shuttle.

 

 

Credit card reservation is required. 24 hour "No Show"

and cancellation policy are in effect. Each reservation must

provide credit card information. Minimum 24 hour notice for

 phone in reservations is not required although strongly

recommended. Same day and/or add on riders will be accepted

if space is available. Telephone times for new reservations or

information are 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week.

 

If you are prompted to leave a message, please do so. Messages

left before 9:00pm that day, will be returned same day. Messages

left after 9:00pm that day, will be returned after 9:00am

the next business day. The dispatcher is available for existing

reservations until all scheduled passengers are picked up.
